3D Fires can best be described as those fires that are pressurized, cascading fuels and debris falling into flammable liquids pool. Because these types of fuels cannot be suffocated or deprived of oxygen, legacy, AFFF foams and other wetting agents are not capable of extinguishing them. In independent testing, Novacool was the only 1 of 3 wetting agents that extinguished every fire in the test and was the only one capable of extinguishing the 3D fires. The other wetting agents were mixed at 3% and 6% with Novacool being mixed at 0.5%. It's not the amount of additive that makes the difference. It's the underlying chemistry using premium organic surfactants that allows Novacool to provide rapid cooling and extinguishment.
